WOW! What an incredible flower, not seen anything like it before! What have you got growing behind?
It’s a passionflower which has wound its way gradually through our blueberry bush – those are the unripe berries. It’s a shame that only one or two of the flowers bloom at a time – it would look amazing if they all opened simultaneously…
The three nails, the five wounds, surrounding them the seventy-two corona filaments corresponding to the crown of thorns. There’s a myth!
Thus making my post relevant as well as aesthetically pleasing!
That didn’t go through to my e-mail inbox. Strange. But relevant, yes indeedy. Can we grow some up a life-size crucifix in our back garden plz
